The other day I found a recipe for something and promptly not only lost it but actually forgot what it was a recipe for. I know it was vegetarian and that it involved panko (Japanese breadcrumbs for the uninitiated.) So, anyone know of any good sounding panko recipes? Maybe it will turn out to be the one I have accidentaly erased from memory.
